Best Cave Cenote Tour! I’ve been going to the Mexican Riviera are for over 30 years and I can’t believe I’ve never done this tour before! We had the beautiful crystal clear waters of the privately owned cenote to ourselves and the caves on the second part of the trip were otherworldly. This is a great way to beat the Mexico heat and enjoy a truly unique experience!

Incredible trip with a knowledgeable and gracious guide! This was without doubt the highlight of trip, especially Juan our gracious guide who was so sweet and patient and interesting to be with. Absolutely worth it! No crowds and beautiful/stunning underground river and cenote. Angel, our guide, was very knowledgeable, polite and skilled at what he does . Group of 6 of us paid for private tour. Everyone noted it was so worth the cost. First open cenote is nice but the second place with the caves just took our breath away. He does not take you to local cenotes close to town but instead he takes you to locations you would never go on your own. It is a bucket list experience and I highly recommend.

Experience of a lifetime! Experience of a lifetime! My mother and I both thought Roberto was the most kind, generous, and patient guide we’d ever had. The Cenotés are breathtaking. It was literally like being in another world. We couldn’t recommend this experience more! This was a more intimate experience than going to the typical tourist trips like Rio Secreto.

Cenote Cave Tour Me and my fiancée did this tour with Juan as our guide. This was one of the best tours I’ve ever done on any vacation. The cave tour is absolutely stunning and a unique nature experience. I cannot rate this tour highly enough. We even saw a family of wild monkeys at the end in the trees near the parking lot.

Juan our guide was fantastic. Very laid back and accommodating. And he was also very knowledgeable about the area, etc.

I would regret if I didn’t do it Hands down the most wonderful experience ever! The cenote/cavern is magical, our tour Guide Gina is knowledgeable. I would recommend going with a slightly larger group, it gets a little scary in the completely dark cavern.

Beyond Good Words do not do it justice. One of the best tours I have ever done, anywhere in the world, period. Juan was an exceptional guide. The cenotes were beautiful. The cave swim was the sort of thing that I never thought I would be able to do without a certification. Cannot recommend highly enough - this is as close to a must-do as I can imagine.

Highly Recommend, Must Experience, Breathtaking If you are coming to Tulum and I had to recommend one private cenote tour, this is the one BY FAR. We had visited multiple cenotes before this and nothing else compared to this experience. Pictures and videos will never capture the beauty of what we witnessed in person. Unforgettable Private Experience Juan was amazing! He and a driver picked us up from our hotel and provided snacks and drinks for the drive to an open Cenote and a partially closed/fully closed Cenote. Both locations were gorgeous, with very few (if any) other tourists. Juan had snorkel masks for kids and adults, and there were life jackets at both locations as well as wetsuits of all sizes at the closed Cenote. We had a relaxed but fascinating day with ages from 7-70. Highly recommended tour that exceeded our expectations!

1001% the best excursion we have ever done! The cenotes were absolutely breathtaking. Once in a lifetime experience! This was the best excursion we have ever had!!! 100% our favorite day of our entire trip! Juan was super kind and extremely knowledgeable. The two cenotes were incredible!!

The first cenote was open air with tons of fish. We had it all to ourselves which was very nice and we had lots of fun snorkeling.

The second cenote was absolutely breathtaking. It was an underground cave and we felt like we were in a different world as we swam through it. We had bats flying around and the quiet and beauty of the cave was unbelievable. It literally was hard to comprehend that what we were seeing was real. Definitely a once in a lifetime experience. Juan provided wet suits, life jackets and flashlights which made the swim through the caves completely stress free. He also was so kind to take photos of us and knew the perfect spots and how to do that with the lights. (I recommend bringing a phone/camera in a waterproof pouch). It worked great!

At the end Juan provided us with drinks and snacks. The fresh mango was so delicious.

Our family of five spent one week in Tulum/Rivera Maya and the excursion with Juan was hands down our favorite day of the entire trip. I 100% recommend this excursion!

Highly recommend this excursion! This Cenote and underground river tour was well worth the money! Gina, our tour guide was amazing and both the Cenote and underground river was secluded. We did not encounter a lot of other travelers at all, giving us the opportunity to explore and take pictures without having to deal with a crowd. The underground exploration was our absolute favorite. Our kids are 14 and 17 and even though there was a lot of swimming they both really enjoyed the excursions. Highly recommend!!

Great guide and tour ! This tour was amazing and very unique! The underground river cenote was a wonderful experience, very different from the other cenotes that we visited. Juan, our guide took very good care of us during. He was very patient, informative and professional. We felt safe and he gave us delicious snacks, too.

One of the best guides I've taken a tour with! (knowledgeable, entertaining, and speaks perfect english!) This was the highlight of our week! Juan was knowledgeable, patient, entertaining, and spoke perfect english. On new years day, when many tour operators are closed, Juan took us on a private tour to two gorgeous secluded cenotes -- the second we had all to ourselves! In the first, I accidentally dived into the water with my iphone. When I realized this some 10 minutes later and noted that the iphone was no longer in my pocket, he helped me search for it. We eventually found it at the bottom of the cenote, and amazingly, after retrieving it, it was in perfect working condition! Pretty incredible. He's also a freediver, and gave me some tips on freediving in the cenote! Fantastic experience.
