Cancellation Policy.
For cancellations made up to 24 hours prior to the date of the experience, a full refund applies. Less than 24 hours cancellations will receive from 55% to 75% refund, depending on the tour.

Weather Storm.
Usually in this area there are cloudy days that might have some occasional rain.
This situation does not alter our experiences. But if there is a big electrical storm in the area, and we are forced to cancel the experience, you will receive a full refund.
